Have You been Registered to Linkfromblog?

I just find a site which offering Paid To Review (PTR) program with not so high requirements to be the publisher and the name is LINKFROMBLOG. Since my blog is new and still have no/low page rank, but still acceptable for this program, I'd like to try to register as a publisher (or blogger in linkfromblog term).
